Welcome
We are an Independent Baptist church located in Peachland, NC. Our church building sits right off of Hwy 74 on the Anson and Union County line. Situated directly between Monroe and Wadesboro, we minister weekly in these cities and surrounding areas. We truly desire to reach as many as we can with the gospel and have them come to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The church gathers several times each week to worship God together and fellowship with one another. We spend time singing, praying and testifying while placing the emphasis in our services on the teaching and preaching of God’s word.
We are thankful for a place that is holy and distinctly separate from the world. We do not have contemporary music, worldly entertainment or low standards. However, we do have an assembly of believers that desire to go on to perfection, labour together in the ministry and edify one another (Ephesians 4:12).
WHAT TO EXPECT
At your next visit to The Old Paths Bible Baptist Church, you can expect a Christ honoring environment where the leadership strives to honor and up lift Jesus Christ. We strive to make Christ “BIG” here. We do that through Christ honored singing. The Old Paths further makes Jesus Christ big through His preached word and pleading with sinners to come to Christ and calling a Christian to live a life that will further honor Christ outside the church (Matthew 5:16).
The Old Paths can be summed up by simply calling us a family. A place where we worship together, cry together and care for one another. The church gathers several times each week to worship God together and fellowship with one another.
